Learn to cook where the food comes from

The cooking workshops at Podere Le Fornaci are hands-on experiences in small groups, where participants will cook together and then enjoy the meal prepared around the same table meeting new people.

Our menu is based on what the season has to offer, featuring produce from our vegetable garden, cheese from our goats, and traditional Tuscan specialties from the local area.

The workshops will be led by a professional chef who will guide food lovers and curious guests on a journey to discover the most authentic Tuscan culinary traditions.

The menu is suggested based on seasonality and product availability. We will choose it day by day basing on the season and the ingredients available.

We will surely do some incredible fresh pasta!

When are the workshops held?

The workshops are held in the morning as a single session, with the participants arrival at 10-10:30 a.m. starting at 11 a.m. and we will serve lunch around 1:30 p.m.

When the weather permits, we will cook and eat on the outdoor terrace; on cooler or rainy days, we can move indoors.

The workshops are available on Wednesday and Friday. Email us to book a spot or arrange a session on request.
