The converted barn in Greve in Chianti
Casa Alessi is a barn renovated to a holiday home and opened in 2022. It sits within the area of the Podere Le Fornaci farm. Casa Alessi is surrounded by the greenery of the fields, vineyards and woods. The house has a cosy and welcoming atmosphere and is divided into a living area, with a sofa bed and a beautiful handcrafted wooden kitchen, and a sleeping area with a double bed.
Staying at Casa Alessi allows you to have a holiday in the heart of Chianti with the experience of getting to know all aspects of the Podere le Fornaci farm: the shed where our goats live, the chicken coop, the vegetable garden, the dairy and the sales outlet. You may then watch the goats being milked, taste our cheeses before anyone else does and take long or short walks through the hills and woods surrounding the farm.

FAQ Frequently asked questions
The minimum stay is two nights.
Your pets are welcome, but please let us know at the time of booking in order to come to an agreement about your pet. We have dogs, cats and chickens not to mention our guard dogs for the goats. Your dog will also be required to be on a leash at all times.
