The Podere le Fornaci farm was founded in Greve in Chianti in<\/span> 2000.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Podere le Fornaci had a <\/span>large flock<\/b>, several <\/span>managements <\/b>of <\/span>passionate people<\/b>, extensive business contacts and a strong presence at the <\/span>farmers markets.<\/b>
<\/span>We have always combined hospitality with the work of raising and caring for the flock, until the weight of the various services changed, as did the people <\/span>who <\/span> offer them. In short, like all small businesses alive, <\/span>Podere le Fornaci has changed shape, not identity.<\/b> We believe in <\/span>respect <\/b>and in the <\/span>well-being of animals<\/b> and the surrounding environment, in <\/span>peasant work<\/b> and in a <\/span>genuine hospitality without pretense.
<\/b> Therefore, in order to continue doing our work and living on the farm, at the <\/span>end of 2022 we have reduced our flock<\/b> Of goats. The choice was not easy, but due and wanted. We are happy to know that the goats we called one by one by name and cared for and milked for years, <\/span>continue to be well.
<\/b>Podere le Fornaci has been and continues to be <\/span>a farm and goat farm with a dairy. <\/b>Today it is also a place where <\/span>taste products<\/b> of quality, <\/span>stay <\/b>for short periods, <\/span>relax, have fun <\/b>and learn how to<\/span> make cheese. <\/b> <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Therefore, we are part of the movement of <\/a> <\/span>peasant resistance<\/b> Jerome Laronze<\/b><\/a>, Florentine node of the <\/span>network <\/b>national <\/span>Genuine Clandestine<\/b>. <\/span> <\/p>\n

It is a movement that associates different farms according to the principle of <\/span>participatory guarantee<\/b> in which admission takes place with the control of other existing member companies and even some consumer members. The added value is to have a <\/span>Active social network at the economic, agronomic and political levels<\/b>. <\/span> <\/p>\n
