TASTINGS AND MEALS
Farm visit and tasting
The visit includes a tour of the grounds, a tour of the stables, where it might be possible to see the milking or the feeding of the goats, and finally a visit to the cheesemaking lab. If the group is small and arrives at 9 am sharp, visitors might be able to assist with cheesemaking. Next you will be able to taste each one of the cheeses produced here, coupled with organic honey, bread and of course wine!

Farm visit, tasting and light lunch
On top of the cheese tasting described above, we will serve a homemade plate of fresh pasta, with a cheese-based or vegetarian sauce (or even a goat-based ragout, if available). Following the pasta, we will serve a mixed salad with greens from our own vegetable garden and then a ricotta-based dessert.

Lunch or dinner at the farm
We strive to utilize only ingredients from our own farm. A typical menu might include: Appetizer: mixed cheeses and a savory pie First course: homemade fresh pasta, with a cheese-based or vegetarian sauce (or even a goat-based ragout, if available). Alternatively, lasagna, gnocchi or ravioli might be on the menu Second course: if available, goat roast with potatoes and salad, or perhaps organic meats from the area or grilled cheese for vegetarians Dessert: homemade cheesecake, chocolate tarts, and/or fruit, etc..
